What grades do you offer?
Ebenezer Excellence Academy proudly offers academic instruction from Grade R (Kindergarten) all the way through to Grade 8. Our robust curriculum is fully aligned with global premium educational standards to prepare learners for subsequent higher education pursuits.
Can I apply online?
Yes, our applications are fully digitalized. Parents and guardians can submit applications online, upload support documents, and seamlessly make application fee payments via our secure online admissions portal.
Which documents are required?
The required core documentation includes the learner’s certified birth certificate, the most recent academic report card, parents’ or guardians’ ID copies, proof of residential address, and proof of payment for the administration fee.
Do you offer school tours?
We highly encourage prospective families to tour our state-of-the-art facilities. You can easily schedule an individual or group school tour through the ‘Book a Tour’ section of our website or by contacting the admissions desk directly.
How long does the admission process take?
Once a complete application with all supporting documentation is submitted, our review panel evaluates the application within 5 to 7 business days, after which we will contact you to schedule an academic assessment.
Can learners transfer during the year?
Yes, mid-term or mid-year transfers are permitted, subject to classroom capacity, assessment performance, and receipt of a satisfactory transfer clearance certificate from the learner’s previous institution.
