Ebenezer Excellence Academy is a Section 21 school which is a fee-paying school. Consequently, parents/guardians are legally bound to pay school fees. Should a family renege on its reasonability to pay school fees, they can have legal action taken against them by Ebenezer Excellence Academy.

I give permission for my child to take part in all school activities including school sponsored trips away from the school premises. I absolve the school from liability to me or my child because of any injury to my child at school during any school activities.

I understand the standards of Ebenezer Excellence Academy in that they will not tolerate profanity, obscenity word or action, dishonour to the word of God, or disrespect to the personnel of the school.

I herewith agree to this school to employ such control and admonition discipline as it deems wise and expedient for my child; I both understand and agree with their policies in this area. (Disciplinary Policy)

Realising that my attitude towards the staff and policies of Ebenezer Excellence Academy affects the emotional and academic stability of my child, I will support and uphold the ideals of the school in every way and will abide by the discipline and regulations of this administration. 1Thessalonians 5v13.

At no time will I participate in destructive criticism of the staff or the school to my child or others, but will instead if a problem arises, go directly to the educator or administrator in a Christian manner as indicated in Matthew 18v15.

I fully understand that Ebenezer Excellence Academy does not accept children on a month to month, nor on a one semester basis, and upon enrolment, that I am morally and financially obligated to maintain enrolment for the complete school year. It is my understanding that the policy for the school is to make no refunds on registration fee or tuition fee. 2 Corinthians 8v21.

REGARDING SCHOOL FEES I UNDERSTAND THAT

1. A non-refundable registration fee of R1000 is payable once the child has been accepted.
2. A school fee of R1000 is payable over 12 months, from January to December.
3. All payments must be made by the 17^th, ,22^nd, 27^th and 3^rd of each month.
4. A late fee is due after the 7^th of each month and if tuition fee is not received by the first each month, my child will not be able to attend school until such payment is brought up to date.
5. Interest of 5% will be levied on arrears accounts.
6. Parents who pay for 2 learners will get 5% discount on 1 learner. (Provided they pay on time)
7. There will be 5% discount for Parents who pay for 6 months and 8% discount for those who pay for the whole year.
8. The school is unable to adjust the tuition due to vacations and that in order to keep my child in the school, my monthly payment towards the yearly charges needs to be kept up to date.
9. If the child leaves at the end of the year, i.e of the child will not be returning in the ensuing year; notice must be given at the beginning of October.
10. School fees do not include the cost of books and stationery

• I agree to the terms that the school fees will be paid every month (R1000).
• Payments will start in December for the month of January the following year.
• I agree to the terms that payments of fees according to the terms and conditions are non-refundable.
• I agree to pay registration fee on the application date.
• Payment of school fees on due date and within 3 days after the month end 5% penalty.
• Should I fail to pay for 2 consecutive months I will remove and keep my child at home until I am able to pay, including the month of retuning and penalty charges.
• Each financial year end, the school board will review school fees and either choose to adjust school fees according to the inflation.
